This is it! You have decided to buy your first home. How do you feel? Nervous? Excited? Unsure?

As first-time buyer, we are here to hold your hand, whilst getting the mortgage but also navigating estate agents and solicitors. Our process is very straightforward. First we want to know about you! What is the goal? What is your current situation? And how you would like us to help!

We will work with you to work out exactly how much you can borrow and also give you an idea of the associated costs of moving. We will then move forward to a decision in principle, and the purpose of this is to check that you meet the lenders’ credit score requirements. This is also where we can address any credit issues. The decision in principle along with your ID and solicitors’ details are also the documents needed to enable you to put an offer forward with the estate agent.

We will communicate with you throughout the process, keeping you up to date and we can also recommend local solicitors who will work as hard as we do to make the process as smooth as possible.

You are then safe in the knowledge you have us as your mortgage broker for the next 30 years!
